SELF ASSESSMENT A FEW QUESTIONS- ANYONE?

Just a quick shout before I file.

I don't earn much so have never used an acct- but may in future. I've been doing s-a for a few years but am worried I am missing deductions, mainly to do with working from home etc.

Can anyone give me a quick run down of what I can claim?

Also- I pay my NI every 3 months when they send me the demand- do I enter this anywhere to offset against the NI they add to my tax bill?

Ah, I've been reading your threads backwards!

The Class 2 NI you pay every three months is due in addition to the Class 4 NI that is part of your tax bill.
