Hi all
I'm currently on maternity leave from my full time job at a large call centre for a massive company. I'm wanting to rerun earlier than expected (mat leave until October, but want to return April) but really want to return part time (mornings only) as I'm struggling for afternoon child care. I'm wondering if there is some sort of pro forma somewhere to help me word this request correctly and is it worth me getting union on board before I ask?
