Dear All,
Was made redundant after 10 years. Must write my own references, which I inititally refused. However I got the letter now and it is so meager that I have to end up writing it myself.
The problem is that I have no IDEA how to go about it??? I have rewritten my bosses draft. As this is a reference for a job I had for 10 years and the company might close within a month I must make sure it is properly done.
my company is 110% happy with my work over 10 years and said I can write anything I like, they will sign it.
I have rewritten the draft my boss gave me. Please PLEASE please could someone be so kind and take the precious time to have a look at it for me? Maybe some of you have experience in writing reference letters??
I would be very grateful. Have to give the letter by this monday morning.
