Returning to the NHS after a 3 year break

I have 13 years service with the NHS, but have over the last 3 years been working in a different sector. If I were to return to the NHS at some point do I retain by long service entitlement to annual leave...?

The nhs itself barely exists! That said, I did after a year out but still public sector. Think it depends
