Can anyone help me? Currently going through a restructure. The consultation paper for my area has come out today, job is safe but the base is now 36 miles away. I've been told I'm safe as my job is still there but the added travel and childcare issues will mean extra child care costs with the possibility of having to reduce my hours.
Just to explain, I work full time and am able to do this as my MIL has the children early three times a week so I can start work at 730. She drops the children off to their childcare places and then drops off the car to me at work so I am able to collect the children.
Will they consider this ,what can I do ?
