Hi, I am 24 weeks pregnant and my job is at risk of potential redundancy, I am trying to move internally however if I get a job internally and tell my employer 15 weeks before the due date will I get my maternity leave and right to come back at the same role? Please advice...

Yes. A change of role makes absolutely no difference to your rights, it's how long you've been with the same employer that matters.
