Pregnant and job at risk wants to move internally

Hi, I am 24 weeks pregnant and my job is at risk of potential redundancy, I am trying to move internally however if I get a job internally and tell my employer 15 weeks before the due date will I get my maternity leave and right to come back at the same role? Please advice...

I'm no expert, but I'd have thought that if your contract is continuous with the same employer, you'll get all your maternity rights.
However I'd look into what, if any, protection you'll get if they know your pregnant - you need to let them know by 25 weeks anyway, will you get things sorted in the next week?
