Written test and group exercise. Help!

I will be attending an interview for a clinical support worker post and they have stipulated it will be in the form of a written test and a group exercise. Does anyone know what I can expect and how I can prepare for this? Thanks in advance.

I would have thought the written test may be some sort of personality test. You can google some ideas or there are books available. Or depending on how senior the post is it could just be some sort of work based scenario. For example when I worked in sexual health we would ask some scenario based questions as to how you would treat the patient and/or what health advice you would give etc.

Group exercise its difficult to know without knowing more about the post but I'm assuming again it may be some sort of work based scenario. Or could be something for you to work on together. Sounds horrible!

I would imagine that it would be some sort of scenario or maybe they will have you write up a mock report.
