I interviewed today for a job I am really interested in and was told there would be two people out of the seven they interviewed asked back for a second interview.
What do you all think of a follow up email saying "thanks for the opp to interview, lovely to meet you, blah blah, am flexible wrt hours wherher it be full time, job share, part time etc" (part time work was brought up at interview)? I've never done this before bit it's ages since I've been looking for work and according to all the job seeker sites it is looked upon well.
What do you think, nice or not?

Yes, I always send a follow up email after an interview but don't go into details about hours etc. Something like 'it was good to meet you today, im really interested in the role its an exciting opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you soon' sorry not the best wording but its late and been a long week! Good luck
