Im looking at applying for a new job. I have spent the last 8 years working in social care and community type work with families.
However, this new job is in education. The last time i was in a classroom was nearly 9 years ago.
I dont know whether to just put last tow positions or push it further to show i have worked in a school many years ago?

Thanks

I've heard last ten years' experience or since end of education (if less) as a rule of thumb. Can't think it would hurt to put in more information that demonstrates aptitude for the role!

Good luck - sounds like you've got the right background for it Smile

I'm really scarced, haven't been in education for so long and not sure I have the skills needed for this role but would love it Confused

Go for it! If it's something you'd love it's something you'll work out how to do Smile Positive thinking all the way!
