Reduced Hours Request

I put in a reduced hours request from a 5 day week to 4 day week on the 22nd of September for when I go back to work in Jan .

I haven't had a response back and chased two weeks ago and still nothing. I was told they were reviewing.

Should this have been done within 28 days?

I submitted my flexible hours request form back in March but heard nothing until the end of September. The wait is so frustrating isn't it as you can't get on with confining childcare etc until you know. Hope you get the answer you want soon
