Dh is off work and has been since august following major surgery. He has only earned ssp throughout and he has now been signed off until the end of November. Gp reckons it will be next year before he is back.
So he has 3 weeks holiday still to take and will have the Christmas and new year public holidays too. Should his employers pay him at full rate for this time and should it be paid alongside or instead of SSP. Thanks for any help you can give.
His holiday ear ends on 31 December.
