I work 24 hours a week on minimum wage (£148.56 PW) and have a 10 year old child. I have a new partner moving in and claiming with me as a couple and he is recieving JSA just now. When he moves in with he still get JSA or will i be expected to keep him?. (We are both in our 30s) Please advise.
