Hi

I am sorry if this has been covered before, but what rate of pay do i get my annual leave accrued during maternity leave?

I am about to go back to work, but to a job with less responsibility (as i am going back part time) so will earn a lower annual salary pro rata. i will be owed 20 days annual leave, do i get paid this at my new daily rate, or based on my previous daily rate of pay?

thanks in advance for your help

You won't get paid more for your holiday because you accrued it when you happened to be on a higher salary if that's what you mean. You get paid for holiday days you take at whatever rate you would be earning if you were at work that day.
