Recommendations for web person to produce open source + iframes site for recruitment co

Hi

I want 2 websites created for a client (am marketing freelancer myself) on an open source platform. Their jobs board software needs to be intergrated using iframes. So am ideally looking for a freelance web design/developer.

Any recommendations? Particually keen on those that have designed for a recruitment co before.
