anyone else overlooked? (sorry long rant)

I've done some great things for the place where I work but my colleague gets the credit for everything and has been promoted over me twice now, final straw he's off on an overseas trip and has been encouraged to do a wanky management course, I get ignored or at best shouted at in front of the whole office while arselicker just laps it up and leaps ahead. bitter? yep, just needed to vent

I always seem to be overlooked. Not sure if it is to do with me looking alot younger than I am. Even though I am getting qualifications I still seem to be overlooked - (although not as much now I have had a child)- and normally the person that is favoured is crap at the job! Makes me wonder why I bother.

I knew it couldn't just be me! sounds right about the qualifications too
