Work Stress

Hi,
I am in a complete quandary and would really appreciate some advice. I am currently signed off work with stress. I was raped after a company event by a licensed taxi driver. Due to lack of evidence the driver was let off, even though I discovered 3 months later he had passed on an STI to me.
I still work at the company and every day is a constant reminder of what happened.
I am looking for another job, but am not sure what to say if a new company wants to know why I am leaving my current job. I have been looking for some time now and its tough out there.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Gosh, what an ordeal. It must be incredibly hard going back to the scene every day. In terms of what to say could you sort of think of something plausible such as wanting to broaden your experience/move into slightly different areas or whatever may be relevant to avoid having to go into long and possibly difficult explanations?
