I've applied for several jobs in my current field over the past year, but seem to have hit a brick wall. I usually manage to get through to the first or second interview stage, but nothing after that. Age may be a factor (I'm 52 in a business where most of my peers tend to be around their 30s) though of course no employer would admit that. I think some of my skills could be transferable into general administration roles, but I have no direct experience/training in this area. Could anyone recommend any business admin courses in the London area? Pitman, maybe? I'd prefer a classroom based course rather than distance learning. Thanks!
