Dh currently has a 12 week sick line following major surgery. His employers are not the easiest of people and we reckon they will find some way of laying him off on return. That is a whole other thread though.
His surgery was about a week before his main 2 week summer holiday and he will still be off next month for his October week. All holidays are scheduled by the employer.
His sick line ends on 4 November (if he is fit to go back) so should he still get to take his holidays? The holiday year runs jan to December. He is currently earning ssp.
