I am setting up in a room in my local sports center doing Botox/fillers etc. I am costing start up costs do you think I have most things covered please?

Have you got a separate business bank account? You might have to budget for charges if so.
Filing cabinet and stationery (files/dividers/pens etc) to keep your clients' data safe.
Not sure if data registration would apply? It's £35 per year.

You have insurance listed twice, make sure you having figured it in twice.
