I started work in May and was on a probationary period. In July I had my review which wasn't up to standards. Now though from next week I am being put on a timed work schedule and will be monitored until the 28th of September. I was always at work on time but just work too slowly for their liking. I work as a Kitchen Assistant at a school. Does anyone know what I should be expecting and what a timed work schedule is?
