Flexible working requesting letter wording - help!

In process of writing flex working request letter (requesting a four day week) - am following the direct.gov template but could really do with some tips for what to put in the section where you have to address the business impacts and how you will counter them. Can anyone share what they put in theirs? Is it a case of stating that you know you won't be in the office but will be flexible/available where possible etc. Thanks!

Very difficult to advise you on the business impacts and how you can counter them without knowing what your job is, what role you play in the business, whether you have client contact etc...

It's a media-type job in a mid-size business (c. 150 people). I'm one level below board so reporting to people and will have teams of people (up to 15 or so) working into me on various clients. While official hours are 9-5, you're expected to work until the job gets done given it's client servicing. It's a (fairly) family friendly place to work in terms of a high female ratio and the fact many others work four day weeks, but can be very stressful at times.

Maybe something along the lines of having the ability to organise your working days to facilitate a 4 day working week without any work load falling onto colleagues, being contactable out of contracted working hours?

Hard to say without knowing the set up, sounds like a good job from your second post though.
