i make cake pops (amongst other cakes) as a hobby, favours for friends etc. everyone keeps telling me to do it as a business (i took some cake pops into work the other night for the rest of the staff to share and ended up selling half of them to some random customer!!) no one else round here really does cake pops so if i am quick could probably get a head start.
my only problem is we live in a rented house. kitchen is ok but a bit old and tatty. double sink in kitchen but no other sink downstairs for handwashing. washing machine etc is in kitchen as no utility room. what would i need to do to pass an inspection? no pets but 3 small children.
