What is the worst/silliest business a journalist could ever start?

I'm a journalist and writer, and I'm trying to think of ideas of business. I currently freelance for magazines and newspapers, but the pay is not very good and I have no expectations of ever earning much better.

Would love to write books, plays, etc. But it is too lonely for me. I need some feedback from time to time (that's why I work well with my editors).

If I had to get a job right now, the only way to get paid a little better is going into PR, which I don't love and doesn't pay that well, anyway.

So, I idly thought "what if I started my own business?"

But everyone is doing that nowadays. So I need a really original idea. I'm asking for help for a brainstorm of bonkers ideas that would NEVER work.

I'm specialized in science, I have worked with TV and can produce videos, I can write, I can teach. What is the WORST thing I could do with all that?

Stories of failed journalistic/comms businesses are also very welcome.

PS: I'm trying to stay away from mums/babies types of business, but if it is a really absurd idea, then please share it!

PS2: Suggestions of websites and places to network/gather information are welcome as well.

Many thanks!

Did you see the "Science: It's a Girl Thing" video from the EU? That was a pretty bad thing to do with science and videos...

Hahaha, Trills, that was a pretty awful one! The weirdest thing is that it worked in a way. Got much more views than if it was a good video, so I think that~s a good way of thinking! :)
