I work in a large company and each time I want to do a project - my line manager does not allow me... I feel like under the cover - cannot get out out of the shell. Shall I speak to me and explain about my aspirations - but I know he will not take into account this. Shall I just be strong headed and jut to show him that I will be trying hard to get the project?
