What to say and do in interviews

I have been out of work for a few months and had plenty of interviews but never seal the deal.

I have only ever been self employed so this world is new to me.

I've got four this week all for sales or customer service in office or reception type environments, any tips please?

Thanks in advance

All of the above, plus you can have a look at :

Also be aware that, if they are public sector jobs, then the questions they ask you will be exactly the same as they ask everybody else ie they will be very abstract questions. This will surprise you if you've never experienced it before. They will, though, cover a range of predictable subjects like equal opportunities, your strengths and weaknesses, what you bring to the role, the purpose of the organisation etc etc.
