Two interviews, no job yet

I recently had two interviews, with different companies, for very similar jobs. I didn't get one because I'm too experienced, and the other because I was not experienced enough!

It's tough isn't it! I've had 3 interviews now and no job but still smiling - I hope you get your dream job soon.

Im in the same boat. In the last month I have applied for 6 jobs and had 3 interviews and no job. Once school starts Im hoping that there will be xmas jobs to apply for too

interviews-prepare using framework competency questions.
think of and write down every example you can to demonstrate how you have demonstrated in the past whatever competencies the job requires, in as much detail as possible. What do you mean you were ranting and don't want advice?!!! sorry!!!
