I want to retrain, but I dont know what to do!

Hi, im currently on maternity leave and not planning to go back to my old job. Ive worked the last 19 years in different office environments and im truly fed up. I want to retrain and have a proper career, not just a job iykwim. I have gcse's and business administration qualifications but that's all.
Any suggestions, hints and tips would be appreciated, sorry its all a bit vague.

Do you have any hobbies, interests - consider the things you like doing, could that thing become a job in some way? It may not have a career structure though but do you really need that... if you worked for yourself you would be the boss.

Thanks, im good at baking and crafty stuff but there is too much of that sort of thing around. Im applying for a higher education access course to start in September so I will have a year to think about where I go from there.
