Finding skilled workers

I have run my own soft furnishings business for the last 12 years since giving up work to have my children. The boys are now 12 and 10 and I also benefit from having my Mum around to help look after them so I can work longer hours. Until recently I had two ladies working with me and we were building a really successful operation from our workroom in Tiptree, Essex. Unfortunately, due to illness and other commitments I now find myself with a wonderfully strong order book and no staff! I wonder if there is a way to harness the creative skills of women who were like me 10 years ago and are looking for a change in career and interested in learning new skills. Has anyone had any experience of blogs or Forums where I might be able to contact people that are interested in part-time flexible working?
