I am a mum of 3 & my dh works full time & the time he comes home can be from 5 to midnight but the money he is earning is not enough to get us through each month & we are beginning to get into a lot of debt so I really need to work but my dc are 8,3 & 1 if anyone has suggestions please let me know Sad

Hi Shaz, what exactly are you looking for help with? What jobs to look for? Whether there's an alternative to working?...

Shaz2011 · 14/07/2012 22:23

I want a job to fit in with the kids or to do from home but I don't know how to go about it

Do you have family nearby who can help with childcare?

Gumby · 14/07/2012 23:13

What did you do before the children?

LeesBeauty85 · 14/07/2012 23:23

Get yourself on some courses! Are you creative? Could you do nails/spray tan/hair/lashes etc? Can you bake?...start your own cake making business.
Do you like dogs? And have time to walk them with your kids...list yourself as a dog walker/minder in your local area.
Could you pitch yourself as after school child care? You have 3, instead of your 8yr olds friends doing after school club, could you not mind them for ££? Put your feelers out....there are ways to make extra ££ around the kids :-)
Good luck x

Thanks I don't think I am that creative but I suppose I could look after some kids for a little while or maybe something like that

Childminder?

Gumby · 15/07/2012 13:13

Try for retail again?
See if old place need weekend assistants to start with to get your foot in the door & no childcare costs
