Going back on payroll

I'm bak on the payroll in sept but yin my holiday so back in work October....does ths mean I am technically "working" agin as of sept when I'm back on payroll even though I am using my holiday so not physically back until oct? Thanks

Your maternity leave will have ended when you go back on the payroll and start receiving holiday pay, if that's what you mean.
