Breaks/working hours when pregnant

I'd be grateful if people could give me some advice or point me in the direction of good advice. I'm only about five weeks gone. Haven't told many people but have told my boss due to being really sick last week. I work shifts doing 8 hour days with a half hour break. Our shifts are rubbish and provide no resilience as it is, but we are also one member of staff down. Today Ive been on my own from 7am and will be till 1.30. I have to answer phones etc so cant really be away from office in that time. Pre pregnancy I would happily work through and take my break when next shift comes in but today Ive made a point of closing office. Although my boss is happy for me to do this I feel an expectation from those above them I shouldnt close office. There will also be times Im left on my own from 5pm until 10pm, so again would have to have no break here without closing office. Is there something in law etc which covers me re breaks etc whilst pregnant. My boss has said I can go to occ health and have my shifts changed if I needed to but I dont feel thats necessary right now. I more want something in writing re having suitable breaks. Id be grateful with any advice anyone can suggest. Thanks

You will need a risk assessment which occ health will do
