LIZS · 02/03/2006 19:31

Notify Health and Safety exec ?

Whizzz · 02/03/2006 19:33

There is only a legal need to inform the HSE if its a major injury or if he has been off work for over 3 days.
Biglips if you post some more details, I can give you some advice but at the mo I'm not sure of what sort of advice you are after

If he ends up being unable to work for over 3 days, his employer should contact the HSE under the RIDDOR regs
If you prefer Biglips - email me at
Whizzz_123 at yahoo dot co dot uk

& I can give some more specific advice
(I am a qualified H&S mgr by the way - honestGrin)
