OK I have been in my current job for 2 years and work school hours. My boss has been difficult over the past few months suggesting regrading that has never followed through and additional work with has not been paid at the agreed level. I dont think anything is going to change so have been desperatley looking for a new job.very real lack of p/time , where I worked previously a job has come up but it is f/time and interms of f/time salary would be less so would need to work more hours to break even, which would also mean I would have to arrange before school care for my dd, although there may be some days where my 17 year old could help out. Would you do it?? To a certain degree I think I must be mad to even think about it, but on the other hand at the moment I come home from the school run and spend an hour or so checking job sites and my husband has said that when I am not at work I am completely different but when it comes to Sunday afternoon I get all tensed up. But what to do.............. I don'y know.. any advice????
