I work for a company where we have to 'book' our hours to different codes in an online timesheet, and this includes bank holidays which have their own code. Annual leave is booked online in a separate place and then it magically comes off your timesheet iyswim. I've just RTW and when I looked in my AL allowance there was just my standard AL days.
So I THINK I am entitled to book the bank holiday 'hours' that I have missed and take them as leave but I can't find anything written down and my boss doesn't know either. I have also tried HR.
Does anyone know if I legally get the BHs or does it depend on your company?
