Found out I'm not getting a pay rise this year and I'm really peed off! 
I've been told all year that I was being recommended for promotion/getting a good increase in salary etc, then in October they moved my role to another team and therefore a different manager who doesn't feel I've progressed enough to move up on this new progression scale thing they've introduced. She says if I work really hard etc etc then I could move up to the next level in a few months but I'm sick of being lied to (that's what it feels like). Fed up of job too and just want to give up work altogether although can't do that.
Sorry to go on - just wanted to get that off my chest :)
