Notice- pay

Ive given three months notice as I am on maternity leave would have gone back on 2nd July for two weeks then summer hols til sept 4th and then would finish on sept 6th. They have told me not to come back at all so will I get paid for the couple of weeks and holiday?
We have ended employment on bad terms

If they have told you not to come back and you are ready and willing to work your notice, then yes they should pay you. Have they done you a letter accordingly? Is your employment terminating immediately (in which case you should be paid in lieu of notice in lump sum) or are they putting you on garden leave, meaning you will be paid as normal with your employment ending on September 6 (assuming you gave notice on 6 June).

if they haven't confirmed in a letter make sure they do so.

Thanks for the advice. I have just emailed them to request confirmation of either a. They are terminating contract now and paying me in lieu or b.im on garden leave.
