Have you told your manager you are pregnant?

If so he being daft (never mind the legal issues). At some point you are going to need a bigger size or the uniform will split! Why not give it to you now.

From a legal perspective your employer:

  1. is obliged to make changes to protect your health and safety - so if the uniform is actually uncomfortable/you can't move in it, you should be given a new one

  2. cannot treat you any less favourably just because you are pregnant. So if other employees get uniforms to accommodate their size then you should too.

However feeling frumpy is not a good enough reason so I wouldn't focus on this if I were you! Good luck.

I'm pretty sure he can. Say ur contract is three uniforms then that's it. A siz2 change is tough. We just alter ours, wear open with a vest top, or change to own clothes. Alternatively cud u return urs and get it swapped for larger? Or try someone else who has been preg and see what they say? Collegues have shared a few mat tunics we can still get
