Help please, we cant work it out...

I currently work 22.5 hours over 3 days per week. Im considering switching to working term time only if I can get my LO into nursery school. Can anyone help me work out how I'd do my 22.5hrs term time only? I cant seem to work it out. I currently get 23 days leave incl bank holiday allowance.

Oops, forgot to add of course that I'm happy to work more than 3 days over the term time, if that makes sense!

You'd need to do 32.5 hours a week over however many days you like, to match your current hours annually. That's for 36 weeks, term time only.

5hr working day 5 days a week with a 30 minute lunch break.

Thanks 50, 36 weeks is a bit of a shock! I thought sch hols was only 12 weeks! Have i got this wrong?
