Hi,

Can anyone recomment an London-based employment lawyer to advise in relation to a compromise agreement? Tough negotiator needed...

Any recommendations appreciated.

Many thanks.

Depends what level of package you are looking to negotiate but Lewis Silkin are very good

Piccalilli,

Thanks so much.

Have found a fellow mum lawyer contact to advise whom I will be meeting tomorrow. Am marshalling some points which might assist me.

If there are any senior lawyers who have recently been through redundancy/compromise agreement who are willing to share the benefit of their experience in terms of what worked for them in relation to maximising their pay off, that would be much appreciated. Understand of course that each case is different and confi restrictions etc but I was thinking that there are parts of my "please pay me more" arguments which I am unlikely to have been the first to think (!!) of including:
seniority, loyalty and narrow specialisation, my age, as well as of course the fact that the market appears pretty much dead at senior level and who knows when it will return?

If I can help anyone in a similiar position, I will gladly do so.

Thanks very much.
xx
