Help - Interview for Cluster School Business Manager

Hi, Ive recently been made redundant from a career of 26 years but have secured an interview for the above new position. Can anyone let me know what to expect from an interview from a "panel of headteachers and a written task"? I havent got a clue what questions to expect....help please.

There are lots of websites with questions-look at "what colour is my parachute" and google interview questions.

Written task could be an in-tray execise-where you have to prioritise a pile of tasks or a report to summarise,or budget/spreadsheet to analys- minutes to prepare etc.Read the websites/ofsted reports for all the schools.
