Back to work days with own business

I have been on maternity leave for about 8 months from my small business. I did three keeping in touch days in April, one last week, and will be doing one this week.

Have just looked at my maternity pay stuff and it says you have to let the jobcentre know about those days.

I will give them a ring tomorrow, but does anyone have any experience of whether I will get in trouble for not having reported them before now? It doesnt say anywhere that you must let them know beforehand or anything, but I'm just having a mild panic that I will get in trouble, and I'd rather be forwarned.

TIA.

There is no official timescale for notifying, or penalty for not notifying, so I wouldn't worry if I were you.

Thanks MrAnchovy - that puts my mind at ease - have been worrying a bit, although couldnt find an answer, so thought it couldnt be that obvious.
