My maternity leave finished 4 weeks ago for my first child. I told my employer that I could not return to work just yet. Now I have discovered that I am pregnant again. Can someone please advise on whether I can obtain Maternity pay for this pregnancy too?
I have read a lot of contradictory posts, some mention that you should have worked during a particular 8 week period at least. However it seems a grey area.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
