Returning to work CV help

Wondering ho to explain a dip in my CV post baby? After my mat leave, I decided to move to be closer to family and took a job with far less responsibility. Now I've been made redundant and wondering if this dip needs a brief line of explanation? It kind of stands out to me and would leave an employer wondering.

Any thoughts?

Honesty is the best policy.. if your new job is worth it and and going to be a keeper they will understand.

I would detail this in your covering letter with a positive angle. Maybe you could detail what you learnt from the experince and how you are now ready for the next challenge, etc, etc.

I work with job seekers every day and know that gaps don't always put employers off if they are explained properly and you are now very focussed on what you want.

I am working specifically with mum returners offering CV writing skills and interview training/coaching, so let me know if I can help.
