I've just been surfing the net for any advice on changing jobs at 45. Most of the stuff I've found is for professionals, managers etc, & I'm not at that level. Does that mean that I haven't got a career, then? There's also loads of stuff for people who know what they want to do, which I don't, the 'follow your dream' type. I don't have a dream, I just want to earn a decent living for a decent day's work with decent colleagues. (Seems to be too much to ask!!).
