Excel Forms needed

Got a couple of forms I need creating if any freelance/virtual personal assistants are on here, please PM me.

It's nothing overly complicated, one is a sales tracker and one is a new customer receipt.

Hi Talkin, yeah, well I actually use google docs at the moment for my sales tracker, which is pretty basic. I want some coding putting in that will compare last months figures with this months and show me the % increase and the same for figures for each month 2011 applied to the same month this year to see the % increase again, and that sort of thing. I think it might involve a V lookup which I don't think googledocs can do. Even if it can I just want to pay somebody else to sort it out for me because I'm too busy to devote anytime to it. I'll post a little project on peopleperhour if no luck here.
