Temping for an agencey

I'm starting work with a nagencey on monday -

I don't get paided holidays until i've been with them 13 weeks

Does anyone know wether i should get paided for xmas day boxing day new years day as these are bank holidays

or don't i qualify because i'm only temp

No you won't. I presume you're working for a secretarial type agency - they will only pay you for the hours you work until you've done 13 weeks. That goes for sickness too unless it's a v caring, sharing organisation.
