Sort of a variation on the thread about short v long days. I'm going back to work in a few months when DD is 9 months. I'm going back full time but could probably condense my teaching hours into 4.5 days, e.g. have Friday afternoon off. It would mean doing some prep and marking some days after DD is in bed. DD will be in nursery, so condensed hours would save money.
Has anyone else condensed hours and taken work home? Is it realistic?
