I have got to complete my appraisal and it is all based around competencies. How do I address the following:

Think Customer
Interpersonal Awareness
Creativity and Innovation
Delivering Quality through Decision Making
Embracing and Delivering Change
Delivering Results through Planning
Leadership

Your help is much appreciated.

You need to give examples of what you did and how you did it. eg customer awaress A client phoned asking for someone who was not there. I expailned and then asked if they would like me to arrange for them to phone back later or if willing to speak to someone else .I asked if I could help with anything else
