Are you sure there is a market for another one?

We have a few in our area, most parents I know hate them with a passion cos they have to crawl around all over the joint. The only one that seems to do well is about 15miles away they have a chef who cooks to order, the place is always spotlessley clean, they change the play equipment quite often to keep the regulars interested and they employ play supervisors (CRB checked) to supervise the kiddies when in the play bit they also do craft sessions, arty stuff aswell and they have rabbits in the garden bit and a huge enclosed sand pit thing with water pumps and stuff.

If I must be dragged to a soft play I go to the one out of town, I know its clean (no wees or pooey nappies in the ball pool) toilets are clean and smell nice, good security, plenty of parking and staff in the play bit to sort out minor squabbles etc. Its probably 4 x more expensive than the 3 local ones but well worth the extra.

I reckon with so much competition near you you will need to have a good USP.
